Reviewing any type of supplement or personal use/care item is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. So, this review is directly related to my wife’s experience after using the product and also any ingredient research we may have done.This North Moon Wild Yam Cream has a nice scent and an ultra-sheer texture. The directions are to use on the face. It absorbs into the skin like a serum and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and supple. I bought this and within a few days it was molded. I had it kept in a cool dry area but it still grew mold.

I can't speak for long term effects yet. But its easy to use and the ingredients are good. The price seems reasonable compared to other similar products.

I recently received the Organic Wild Yam Cream for Hormone Balance, which comes in a 3.5 oz tub. I started using it on my body because I experience night sweats, and my usual lotions often make me feel sticky when I sweat. I am hoping this cream will help with that issue. It is also safe for use on the face, and I did not experience any irritation. My skin felt smooth and not sticky after application. The product listing mentions both that it has a nice relaxing aroma and that it is fragrance-free. I believe it should specify that it is free of artificial fragrances because it does have a scent, which was a bit confusing. To me, it has a smell of bandaids. I do not know how else to describe it. I would also like to note than my sense of smell is a little funny since I have had covid. Although I don't have night sweats all the time, I have not experienced them on the days I used this cream so far. I am not sure if this is due to the cream or just because it is not the time of the month when I usually experience night sweats. Nonetheless, I am like how my skin felt after using it, not sticky. While I can't yet comment on its long-term effects, I feel it is priced fairly compared to other similar products on the market.

I've been using this for a week and look forward to it after my nightly bath. It's soaks in well, very smooth and soothing formula that feels really nice on the skin. Time will tell if it helps the hormones. I'm guessing it would take a few containers before one would notice any changes with that.

Update product has short shelf life under 30 days mold growing inside!This cream goes in nicely and is non greasy. No fragrance or artificial scent added but has a faint smell if the ingredients I just can’t describe that scent. It fades quickly and my skin feels soft and smooth. As for balancing hormones I have not yet gotten a hot flash but they happen infrequent and I do not get a restful night sleep ever with other aches and pains happening.Will report back if any if at all changes happen but since I use a cream in my body every night this seams to have the added benefit of helping balance.

I’ve been using wild yam cream for the last three weeks (I’m on my 4th off week). I rotate it to the different parts of my body that is recommended (neck, thighs, abdomen, and wrists). I am noticing a slight improvement in my hormones. Still not sleeping well though.

This cream absorbs well and doesn't smell strong odor. I can't feel the magic of the balance but it feels good on the skin. Good product!
