My teenagers are making good use of these foam rollers. It is awesome that the set comes with so many different rollers! My son is using the smaller roller and the ball to help with his planter fasciitis and my daughter is using the larger roller to help with her upper back. They both feel the rollers are the perfect firmness and report they are easy to use. They are happy to be experiencing pain relief and I'm happy to have only had to purchase one kit.

My husband loves these rollers. I purchased at the recommendation of my chiro but they are too hard for me. He though can handle more pressure and likes the harder rollers. Easy to use. Bright orange color. Effective for what we use it for.

Quick shipping. Item brand new and was as described. I plan on returning the device do to it not being strong enough for me. (I do have a high tolerance for pain and the knots are deep in my quads and calf’s) all and all it’s a decent device just not a great fit for me.

My daughter loves this item. I gave it to her for Christmas. She’s a runner and thinks it helps alleviate her soreness. She uses it daily.

This is a fantastic set of foam rollers. My 14 year old just started track and needed some rollers but wasn't sure which ones. This set gives a nice range to massage tools to try, and help her stretch sore muscles. The quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend this. We may add to it with specific trigger point tools, but this is exactly what we needed for now.

This is one product that everyone should have. It’s totally worth more than 5 stars.

Those is a sturdy roller. The nobbies dig deep, too deep if you're not careful. But, it'll get as deep as needed. It has solid, high quality build. Definitely recommend!

Worked well for a few months then the foam roller came completely apart. Even putting it back together it does not hold full weight. Would not recommend
