Reduces pain & swelling, so simple to use!
I bought this for my son following a knee injury, the best purchase ever! Super quick delivery. So easy, fill with water through a small hole, pop it in the freezer. It really gets into the problem area unlike an ice pack. Great for use on all knocks, injuries, bruises etc. Simple to use. Such a great product, couldn't recommend more!

Good value for money.
Pretty easy to use, just remember to give it a little shake as you fill it up with water to avoid 'air-pockets' and an uneven ice-sphere once frozen, plus don't fill it up with water completely as it will expand and spill out of the hole on top and be iced over next time you take it out of the freezer.Works great for pain relief on body and I also use it on face in the morning for freshen up and reduce puffiness.

Great product highly recommended
Great product for any bumps and bruises, I use this regularly for ice massage. Having used it on both myself and patients I can confirm it’s very soothing and easy to use. Plus no chemicals so can be used safely regardless of medications etc.

A fantastic product!
As a physiotherapist I recommend this to all my patients dealing with troublesome areas of pain or swelling. It’s super convenient and easy to use and patients always give great feedback.I have first hand experience of using the Ice-it-Away on my stubbornly swollen knee. I even bought a second one so I’ve always got one to hand. It’s one of the first things I pack when I’m away from home. Can’t recommend this enough.
