Kind of like adding an offroad tennis shoe grip to your offroad surface under your car tire.I will have these mini boards in my SUV cargo over the winter. The longer boards I mount on the roof rack when I go camping and 4x4 the 2002 Pathfinder.In mediocre testing near my house, I find these suitable.These also allow light digging (like eating ice cream with a tongue depressor, it technically works and is better than nothing).We'll see how they hold up in practical use, I would have to come back and update pros/cons after a true recovery.

I have several different sets of traction boards. I keep a set in all my vehicles. These are great traction boards as far as throwing them under your tires and using them as intended, however, I don't love the overall design. These Nilight boards are supposed to be mini but they're rather larger when compared to my other set of mini traction boards. These traction boards are actually wider and thicker than my full size boards. The only major difference and the only thing mini about these is their length. They do not seem to stack as well and hardly recess into each other. They also lack the standard mounting holes found on nearly ever other set of traction boards. Instead the only mounting holes on these are on the ends within the handle. It just looks weird.Again, these boards function great for their intended purpose. I just don't love their overall form and design. If you don't care about any of that, then I'd definitely recommend them.

This is a set of two recovery traction boards. Each board is about 13" wide by 23" long. They are bright red heavy duty plastic and have an aggressive tooth pattern on both sides to provide tire traction. Use these boards when you need self recovery in slippery conditions. Simply lay one board in front of a drive tire. The tooth pattern on the back side grips the slippery sand, mud or snow while the tooth pattern on the tire top side aggressively grips the tire to provide traction to get out of the mire. The boards have convenient carry handles and mounting holes (hardware not included) integrated into the board. I will be adding these boards to my off road tool kit.Would recommend these to anyone.

The recovery off-road traction boards are great item to have with the UTV specially for the mountain ranges where you endure mud, sand, dirt water, and all climates in one day this will help get you out of those situations. We’ve only used it for mud so far and it has worked. I don’t see these working for bigger vehicles have vehicles that is they are nice quality good concepts for it, I think the only thing that I would change with this is make the traction part a little bit more raised up a little bit per the little bump and stuff to help get better traction now if you’re wanting to use these for vehicles, I would say smaller vehicles like cars or small SUVs the price point on these are good qualities great.

i was looking for something more compact but useful for when i’m out driving on sand, these are perfect! just enough to give you the traction to get you out of a tough spot. i used some velcro straps to secure them to the rollbar on my jeep.

The Nilight Recovery Offroad Traction Boards appear to be exceptionally rugged and durable. While I haven't had the opportunity to test them under the weight of my UTV yet, they seem well-built and up for the challenge. I'm looking forward to seeing how they perform in real off-road conditions!

I bought these recovery boards specifically for my lawn mower, I’ve got a habit of getting stuck in the mud. I’ve got a larger set for my truck and they work great, these smaller ones are a perfect size for the mower tires. These will get you some traction through the slickest mud.

The material is thick and heavy. It feels sturdy and durable. We got it for our camper van for emergency purposes. It suits and fits our needs. We like it.
