Great Value
My husband had been looking for this tool. He saw it in several places but in the end thought this was the best value. So far, it is doing more than he thought at a great price.

Battery died soon completely
I only used it occasionally. Battery didn't last long and battery died completely after 2nd recharge. No idea how to contact the seller to ask for a new battery since it should last longer. I will buy a name-brand the next time, this was a waste of money.

Good quality, lever style quick release, good variety of attachments included.
-This is a good value for a very good quality, cordless, rechargeable oscillating device set with a lot of good accessories in a nice variety of styles included in the set.Pros:-Good value for the quality, style and all that’s included in the kit.-Good quality, very well made and sturdy.-1 main device.-35 pieces of attachments in the set. (See the pictures for details).-6 different styles of attachments included.-Attachment styles: oscillating saw blades, triangular sanding pads and paper, round saw blades.-Good variety of attachment accessories included.-Oscillating style.-8500-20500 OPM (oscillations per minute)-Rechargeable, cordless.-Fast charging, full charge in 1.5 hours (90 minutes).-Battery is rated to last for up to 60 minutes of use per charge (it may be less depending on the speed).-1 4.0Ah lithium ion battery battery included.-21V-Battery has protection from: over heating, over voltage, over current, over charging, over discharging.-Standard electrical outlet plug in charging cable included (you charge the battery outside of the device and removed from the device).-6 speeds, easy to change the speeds.-4 degree oscillating angle.-Brushless motor.-Quick change style with the quick release lever. You don’t have to use a wrench or other device to install or take off the attachments or attachment hardware, it uses the lever. My husband especially remarked on this as a big plus, as most of the other ones he’s used don’t have this feature.-Some of the attachments have measurement markings on them, so that you can gauge the depth during use.-Clip adapters included.-2 position handle.-LED work light to help you see during use.-On/off switch.-Powerful and works well.-Easy to hold and grip during use.-Universal interface for accessories.-Instructions included.Cons:-No storage case or bag is included, you’ll need to provide your own.-(Updated): see below the battery became unusable very quickly and won't hold a charge.Tips:-The inner foam insert that holds the set items can be removed and placed in a drawer for storage inside the drawer.-I’m not sure if a replacement or additional battery is available for it, as only one battery is included.-Be sure and check the listing pictures and details to see all the accessories and attachments included, to be sure they’re the right size and style for your use and are rated to work with the material you want to work with.-I’m not sure if you can use your own standard attachments with it or not, but think you may be able to if they’re the right size and attachment pattern. It says universal interface, so others of the right style and size should work.-You may want to save, print or refer to the listing pictures and details for instructions and use tips as well as be sure to read the included instruction manual.Edited: 12/20/24While it works very well, and did a great job removing paint in corners on old garage doors, I did run into an unexpected issue. I lowered my star rating from 5 to 3 due to this issue. The battery stopped holding a charge completely after using it for about 20 minutes continously one day and 20 minutes the next day. I tried multiple outlets, tried multiple times to charge it and it would not work, hold a charge or turn on. It charged one day, then the next it would not charge at all. However the main device itself does work if I switch out (not recommended) to another compatible battery. I didn't get much use out of it before the battery became unusable. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get a compatible battery replacement for it.

Does the job for smaller projects
The biggest shortcoming of this tool is the single battery and being an "off brand" difficulty in having spares needed for big projects. So happens I have a Seesii, 21 volt, 1/2' impact that uses compatible batteries, so I have backups not really available to consumers. SO, that limits the use of this to smaller projects where the single battery life is sufficient. It's hard to judge how long the battery works because that's completely dependent on what you're doing. I didn't notice it being shorter than expected, but when it's dead, you're done until it recharges. There really isn't a quick charge option. The charger is not a charging base you drop batteries in, it's a wall wart with a wire you plug into a hidden port on the battery. THAT SAID, it's a decent multi-tool. During some recent work, my contractor called his multi-tool his single most important tool. I'm not sure about that, but it sure is handy. As a DIYer, it's one of those tools you use a little, quite often. I can't speak to longevity, but I wouldn't consider this a contractor grade tool, but a great homeowner tool. It's comparable in price to some of the name brands, BUT includes a battery and an assortment of attachments you won't get at this price point with a name brand. If one battery will do you, that makes this a good deal. The side handle is a particularly nice touch for some of the heavier jobs. I recently used another tool to pull up my decking and would have LOVED a side handle on my multi-tool. Performance wise, I really like the adjustable speed and I LOVE the quick blade swap with locking pins to hold blade secure. My cheap name brand requires me to unscrew a set screw to swap blades. I quickly wished I'd paid for the upgrade that this tool has. I found the tool fit my average sized hand pretty well and was comfortable enough to use. It is a little larger than my name brand, but not a problem for me anyway. The power and amount of vibration seemed comparable, if not a little better. The blades I used did the job, but honestly, they quickly get mixed in with my own blades, which are obviously a consumable I'm not really considering in the review. But it is nice assortment for various tasks. The light, side handle, quick swap blade and adjustable speed make this a nice little tool to add to a DIYer's tool box. I have heat problems with my other tools, but the battery wears out before I noticed that being a problem on this one. Of course the blades get really hot, but I didn't notice any extremes on the tool itself. I'll be keeping it around for my future projects unless one of my kids "borrow it".

Good value
This was got as a spare and I've used it a few times. Battery lasted a decent amount of time and I really couldn't tell much of a difference with name brands. With all that comes with it, it represents great value for the causal user.

Battery or charging is not functioning after first use
It was a Christmas gift and the battery did not charge after the first use and the person that received it did not tell me until lately. It’s unacceptable. They are not sure if it’s a charger or the battery I ordered two and mine was the second order and it worked out OK. But it’s very disappointing that the gift is useless
