Spigen Tough Armor Case Compatible with Google Pixel 9 Pro XL - Black

The Spigen Tough Armor case for my Pixel 9 Pro XL has been an absolute lifesaver! I'm pretty clumsy and have a habit of dropping my phone, so I needed a case that could really take a beating. This one definitely delivers.First off, it feels incredibly sturdy. The dual-layer design with a flexible TPU inner sleeve and a hard polycarbonate outer shell provides serious protection without adding too much bulk. The raised edges around the screen and camera offer extra peace of mind, and the Air Cushion Technology in the corners really seems to absorb shocks. I've dropped my phone a couple of times already (oops!) and this case has prevented any damage.But it's not just about protection. The Tough Armor also has some really handy features. The built-in kickstand is perfect for watching videos or video calls, and it feels surprisingly sturdy. I also appreciate the tactile buttons, which are easy to press even through the case.If I had to nitpick, I'd say the case can be a bit tricky to remove once it's on, but that's a small price to pay for the level of protection it offers. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this case. It's stylish, functional, and most importantly, it keeps my precious Pixel safe and sound. Highly recommended for anyone who wants ultimate protection for their phone!

My last two phones had a Spigen case and my Pixel 9 Pro now is no different, I always trust this brand and case, it's solid, fits the phone perfectly, still allows contactless payments to work and has a handy kick stand on the back. The foam padding on the inside of the case is a nice touch for extra cushioning should it be dropped, you don't get this on other cases. I was worried the bigger camera bar on my pixel 9 would not be protected but the case does have a lip around the camera bar so you can put the phone down on it's back without the fear of scratching the camera glass.Well worth the money and peace of mind for protecting your Phone!

Looks great, fits well and is made with the usual Spigen precision. Was very easy to fit and is complimented by the Spigen screen protector.

Case is solid, fits phone well and feels well protected. If used with the Spigen screen protector all lines up PERFECTLY.Small gripe, if you put the Spigen magnetic ring holder whatsit on it, it blocks the built in stand.

I've used Spigen Tough Armor cases on all my Pixels since the 6 Pro, so it was a no-brainer to get one for my Pixel 9 Pro. I drop my phone often, and it’s never been damaged. The case is easy to install, comfortable to hold, easy to grip, and not too bulky. It even has a built-in stand I’ve never used. Great value and protection that saves on costly repairs.

The case fits perfectly. The buttons for power & volume have, in my opinion a better feel than the actual ones on the phone. Protection with the "air cushioned" corners seems good. The grip on the case is very good. All of the cut-outs align well wit the various sockets, buttons etc on the phone.I fitted the case in a few seconds with no problem. It holds the phone securely all around with no internal movement. Unsurprisingly, it fits perfectly with the Spigen glass screen protector that I had installed a few minutes before.The case has a slight raised lip around the screen, so you can lay the phone face down and the glass does not contact the surface. There is a similar raised lip around the camera bump on the back.I prefer the feel of the case in the hand and it is less slippy than the actual phone without the case so I believe that I am less likely to drop it. It has a slightly chunky feel, which I personally prefer, but it doesn't add a lot of thickness to the phone.It has a small, slightly flimsy kickstand at the back which enables the phone to be propped in landscape orientation but not in portrait. When you are not using it, it clicks into place flush with the rear surface. [On a previous case, this became detached a few times but I clicked it back in.]I have previously had a Pixel 4a and a Pixel 8 and used a Spigen Tough Armour case on each of them. I dropped each of them several times with no phone damage.

The Spigen mobile phone case for the Google Pixel 9 XL is very smart and is made of a tough flexible material. It's pretty easy to fit, as well. I cannot comment on its protection capabilities as I don't go around throwing my phone on the ground, but it looks as though it would be good. Having said that, it doesn't protect the face of the phone so a separate protector would be needed for that. The side buttons operate the phone buttons very well. In my view this latest offering offers a better hand grip feeling than the last Spigen case I had (for the Pixel 7) and I am extremely pleased with this latest version.

I've been buying Spigen's cases for several years, through 3 phones, and particularly like the tough armour case. On my old Pixel 5 the caee had a deep lip that protected the camera if you dropped it etc. Unfortunately this latest iteration for the Pixel 9 barely has a lip at all, barely 1mm and it doesn't feel like that's going to protect anything when I inevitably drop it.
