The resistance bands in this set are much weaker than other resistance bands I have owned. I generally like to have a medium resistance band for doing things like clamshells and a light one for doing things like leg lifts. But with this resistance band set, the medium one feels like an X-light one in other sets and the light one provides hardly any resistance at all. I don't think the resistance lb estimates provided for this set are accurate. I guess this set would be good for somebody who is seeking only very light resistance.

I ordered these as replacements for my Perform Better branded bands that are getting stretched out. The bands are nicely marked with their resistance rating and come with a convenient small bag to store them. Compared to my other bands, for the same resistance rating (example medium) these are thinner and provide much less resistance. The strongest “Heavy Max” band is about comparable to medium from the other brand. They are still useful for lighter exercises, but not so good for working bigger muscles requiring more resistance.
