Excellent quality and fit. Looks great and gives good sun protection. It is very comfortable to wear and can be adjusted with inserts provided if needed. I haven’t tried folding it for travel so I don’t know about that. It is an excellent and stylish alternative to the baseball type hat. I would definitely recommend.

Good quality genuine product. Fit is snug although I do have a large head. Happy with the product. But although it states that the bat can be rolled into a tube for travel this actually does the hat no favours and it is not rolled when it arrives. Once rolled for travel some fibres come loose from the hat and require trimming with scissors or similar. Overall I'd say this product is worth 4 stars from 5 due to the brittleness when rolling for travelling and also the size could be a little more generous.

It arrived quickly, feels like it is excellent quality. Used one of the included cork strips and is a perfect fit, so comfy you almost forget you have it on..... Best of all makes me look very cool (this is the opinion of my totally unbiased wife, and I'm not disagreeing with her!!)

Doesn't come with instructions. A leaflet giving critical information about how to steam, roll and style your Panama would be more than helpful, it is essential.

For the price (which is at the lower end of the market), this hat is of fair quality; the straw is quite flexible and the brim woven, not finished with fabric tape. The hat I ordered was too large, but strips of cork are provided which, inserted under the sweatband, improve the fit and make the hat more comfortable, too. If a smart summer hat (as opposed to, say, a practical Tilley) is wanted, this would be a good choice.

Hat does not come with the travel tube. Make sure you order the tube at the same time as while it costs £8, it has a £6 delivery charge if ordered on its own.

Just received the Panama hat for my husband and its just perfect on him.Its a really good fit, looks great and shields him nicely from the sun ( crucial when you're a bit thinner on the top than you used to be!) It arrived nicely packed - we are both very pleased with it and would happily recommend.
