Q: Why did you send me a blue packaging when the photos are green? the ingredients are different and our dogs don't like the blue. very upset.

The blue package is a different strength than the green package. We buy the blue for our boxer and it loves them..

Q: Is this the exact same soft chews sold by vets?

Yes it is. I find all my stuff I get at vet on Amazon for $10-25 less.

Q: any changes between phycox one and regular phycox? is the new formula proven to work better than the old? is the price difference worth it?

I was able to contact the company that makes this and asked the same question and they told me there was very little change in this product. I have been able to find phycox for about $50 when buying 2. I didn't see any particular change in my dog when switching to the newer product; still give her 2 per day . She's about 70 lbs, 12 years old with severe arthritis. It really helped when I started using it, though now it's harder to tell as she is on other medicine for inflammation and pain relief. I still give it to her in hopes it does help her.
