I’ve seen Separatec underwear advertised and I was aware of their dual-pouch design but I wasn’t interested in a boxer brief or low-rise brief cut so I never bothered to pick up a pair just to see how this pouch was designed. Then I saw the sport brief/bikini style was released, and although I was still a bit skeptical, I went ahead and ordered a 3-pack. Of course, my biggest concern with any new underwear brand is sizing and I typically fall between a small and medium and there were no detailed customer reviews that commented on this. That said, I rolled the dice and ordered medium for my first purchase because that is my recommended size based on 32” waist, 6-1, 170 pounds. The good news is that the medium fits really nicely and I could probably wear a small which I have also ordered for comparison. For starters, the overall garment is excellent. The finished product is very nicely done, soft stretchy bamboo/rayon blend, high quality stitching, waistband material feels amazing, nice stretch, great support, etc. The cut of the underwear is also very important too me as I don’t like the pouch to be too wide, and I prefer more exposure on the thigh with less rear coverage. Separatec did a nice job with the pouch size and rear coverage so I am quite happy with the overall fit. Of course, the main feature of the underwear is the dual pouch design so I was excited to try them on the first time and figure out how this design works. If you just pull them on like regular underwear without paying attention, then there’s a good chance that your equipment won’t slip into the hole and be separated from the pouch where your balls go. The first few times I put them on, I had to pay attention and guide my equipment into the hole, but now I can do it without looking and just kind of feel for it. The whole is big enough to accommodate most and it does stretch so it is not restrictive or going to squeeze your equipment unless you’re packing something with the girth of a beer can. Once you’ve got your equipment in place, that’s pretty much it, but there is a distinctly different feel having your shaft separated from your balls with some material in between, and it took some additional exploration to fully understand how the two pouches are designed. It really is two separate pouches but the front pouch for your shaft is open on the backside where your shaft lays over your balls in the other pouch. What this means is that you can actually remove your shaft from it’s pouch to facilitate going to the bathroom without pulling it back out of the pouch and pulling the underwear down. This is hard to visualize without a photo but that would be inappropriate for an Amazon review. I’ve actually done it both ways and it is definitely a new sensation when pulling your shaft out the front. I really like these underwear for sleeping in as well as they are lightweight and breathable so you don’t get hot. There is also room in the front pouch to position your shaft upward if you prefer that position when sleeping. There is also plenty of expansion room with the stretchy material to accommodate those early mornings when it is needed.

I am not a boxer brief man. I only wear them for the gym. Otherwise, I've always worn briefs, bikinis or thongs. I tend to gravitate towards string bikini briefs because they cover just enough and provide great support. They are also great to wear in the warmer weather. This brand takes it one step further with the added pouches to separate the sausage from the meatballs. No sticking and adds a bit of mystery to the present. They are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. I've washed them a couple of times already and they are holding up great. Bought multiple packs and all are great! The colors are masculine, and they look great!

Normally I wear ck briefs or trunks but I wasn't prepared for pouch underwear! They're almost like wearing nothing and definitely show off my assets better while lounging around the house. Super light weight but supportive. Time will tell about durability but good quality and and perfect fit.

I am a huge Separatec fan, so when I saw that there was a completely new style available I was very excited to try it.There were a lot of things I liked about these:* They really are sexy - they show a ton of upper leg and rear, and the front cup shows off what you've got* Surprisingly, they were no less comfortable than my other Separatec briefs (totally fine for a normal day)* I was very happy with the colors (I got the blue/grey pack)* They are described as "low-cut", but the waistband was not too low for comfortThere were some drawbacks (why I gave four stars, not five):* Surprisingly, the "bulge-enhancing" was quite minimal. To be fair, I am already quite big, and I have a very small waist, but the waistband just kind of sags and doesn't give me the lift I was hoping for.* The rear is so narrow that I did have to pull and readjust when I was wearing these during the dayBottom-line:If you want something sexy to wear for a special night, these look great. They aren't so over the top that you will be embarrassed to wear them. My guess is that a guy with an average cup and waist would see some lift and look nice in jeans, too.

I love the Separatec concept and own many pairs in different styles.FIRST: I am a 32” waist and wear a medium in every other underwear I own— but NOT Separatec. Since buying these, I have learned that it is CRUCIAL to buy the smallest (most form-fitting) size in order for the Separatec pouches to function properly. For me, that means I need size small. If there’s ANY extra fabric— any looseness at all— body parts do not “stay in their place.” Sizing down fixed that. The 3D pouches are brilliant, providing perfect support without crushing my parts.I was afraid size small would be too tight and crush my parts. That hasn’t been a problem with any of the Separatec models I’ve tried.So… about this style: I bought these before I learned my lesson on sizing. They were the only style that allowed me to got away with a size medium: because of the jockstrap-like cut, the pouch still (mostly) stays in place… BUT… it causes uncomfortable bunching in other places. If I had a chance to try this in a size down, I might upgrade to 4 stars— but I’ve run past the return window on these. The new modal version of this cut (without cotton) fit me well in small. Not sure if these would since cotton can sometimes shrink.I docked another star for the fabric, which is comfortable but does not hold up well to machine washing. It’s developing clumps on the surface after only a few months of use. The new modal version of these are even smoother. I hope they will stand up better to washing than the cotton-modal blend does.

I ordered on prime and mistakenly thought it was a 2 pk but it was 3..my bad..fits true to size..I have the trunks and briefs and I like the seperation of your junk..3rd purchase ..

Really comfie briefs and fair emphasise Crown Jewels instead of being squashed

I recently stumbled across the Separatec brand of underwear and was curious to see why there are so many 5 star review. I've recently gone on the hunt to find under ware that are both comfortable and durable and won't break the bank. To date I've tried Calvin Klein, Lululemon, Diesel and Tommy Hilfiger just to name a few, not sure if this makes me an expert but I do know what I like and I really like these briefs. I have quickly become a convert and I now have a few different styles of Separatec and can't see myself ever going back. I have to say that I find them to be extremely comfortable to wear after getting used to the double pouch style. As many of the other reviews you will read will tell you, it feels like you are not wearing anything while still providing support and easy access when nature calls.I never thought undies could be so great. Lol !!P.S. my wife thinks they're pretty nice and she has very discerning taste when it comes to men's under ware

If I was to order again I would go down a size so they wouldn't feel so loose but would then be worried about the size of the two pockets on the front changing size. The pocket for your member is a good fit the hole is not to tight at a flaccid state and room for him to move a bit but the pouch for the testicles is very tight and can cause some pinching and I have had a few pop outs.
