So delighted with our choice!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was perfect for what we needed. Uses kcups. Has a "strong" or "hot" choice buttons. I can use the pot to make my decaf green tea (Davidson's) dried tea leaves, then delute to make my ice tea. More compact. It is also great for someone with low-vision issues. Front controls not top. Hot plate on coffee pot is easy to shut off. Compared & checked all and it came down to this one. We used our last Keurig for over 15 years. I was not surprised with my comparison shopping that I was always coming back to a Keurig.Build quality:It's a Keurig. Keurig is quality!Functionality:Amazing.Features:Just what we need. The "strong" option was essential. The coffee pot spout is an easy pour new design, no spills to clean up. My french press still makes the best iced coffee, sorry Keurig.Leakage:Not that I've seen.Size:The coffee pot is a good capacity w/ a great pour spout.

Great features
The unit works well, I make sure to use filtered water to keep everything tasting good. The coffee tends to lose heat in the carafe, but is hotter for the single serve. There is however, an extra hot option as well as cold. I love all the size options and also making the coffee more strong. The water reservoir is in the back so it provides more lateral counter space. Impressed with the engineering of this coffee maker.

Keurig Coffee Maker
Absolutely love Keurig, this is my 3rd one & they don’t disappoint. Highly recommend. I love that if I’m the only one that needs to make coffee I can just use the single cup & if having friends or family over I can easily make a pot. The connivence is great. Tastes just right. Design is beautifully executed. No spillage whatsoever, which is a plus. Coffee grounds in the pot and the k cup don’t spill out/over. Overall one of the best dual coffee makers on the market for a very reasonable price.

Good brewer but not great. Chemical/plastic taste is a bit of a letdown...
This coffee maker IMO is a 3.5 star unit, but I'll round up on my review. I wanted a drip brewer and still have the option for Keurig pods on occasion for other things like black tea. This unit looked like it would deliver on what I was looking for, though I have had a mixed ride with Keurig products, especially their newer offerings.First I'll list out the pros:1. It does double duty and for me, that saves space on the counter.2. It brews decent coffee.3. The interface is straight forward.4. It lasted more than a week which beats a couple prior Keurig's I've bought which is a plus.Cons:1. I don't know if it's my pallette but I can taste a distinct chemical/plastic taste when brewing coffee and pods. I ran multiple tanks of water through the unit before using it on both drip and pods. I installed a carbon filter in the tank as well since it doesn't come with one. I resorted to running cleaner through the unit and white vinegar which solved the issue on the drip side, but I can still get a hint of the taste on the pod side. I noticed in the later generation Keurig's, this has been an issue for me. I have an older Keurig that has a water heating chamber, and I never had the issue with that unit. YMMV.2. The scheduling for the next day could be better. I would say that using it non-auto brew is straight forward. Going through the scheduling every time you want auto-brew is a bit sub-optimal. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it could be better.3. It doesn't exactly come across as high quality but it does the job.4. I wish the water tank was a bit bigger so I could do 3-4 6 cup brews without refilling.5. It didn't come with a carbon filter.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and hope it lasts more than a year. With time, I also hope the chemical/plastic taste subsides on the pod side of the brewer. For the price, I would buy it again if there isn't another option doing the same thing for within $50 of this unit. I will post an update if it stops functioning down the road. I have been using it daily for six weeks without any issues.

Variety of coffee and good cup of coffee
I bought this for my very picky parents, my dad wants the k-cup and my mom hates the k-cups so this has both options. The large carafe makes very good coffee and the single serve with the hot/cold option is a hit with my dad so win-win. So far, after about 2 months of use and no issues, just great coffee. But, don’t compare this to a moka pot, the carafe is closer to a French press coffee but a step down. But, that’s pretty good for a coffee maker imo. It’s easy to use, I would say idiot proof but don’t want to offend, but it’s very easy to use and clean and makes a good cup of coffee with different options for different types of coffee and it’s way cheaper than going to a coffee shop.

Excellent
Love the iced drink option and Keurig combo of multi- and single-cup coffee servings saves on counter space. Easy to set up and simple to use, fits easily on the k-cup storage drawer we used for our old machine. Note compact footprint due in part to water tank in back.

Versatile Home Brew
What can I say? I needed a new K-Cup machine but don't want to use my single serve one anymore. I moved to a bigger house and it's perfect for when family comes over. Versatile little machine for the whole family. I appreciate the iced coffee setting I didn't have on the single serve machine. It has reasonable water capacity, but other models with k-cup brewing certainly have larger capacity. The taste of the coffee is an improvement over the basic single serve machine as well. The coffee doesn't smell burnt, like some machines seem. However, there is an extra hot setting for heavy creamer users. The size of the machine is just right, it doesn't seem too cumbersome to handle. The functionality is user friendly. Knowing how to power down the unit was not immediately obvious, but holding down the brew button for seconds at a time shuts it down.Recommended and a good deal on Prime Day.
