great my nephews loved them
My nephews love them, but there were some shipping issues. The shipping company they use won't deliver to base housing, so if you live on a military base, send these to an Amazon locker or a P.O. box. The customer service people are awesome and will do anything to help you if there is a problem with your order. The customer service people need to get a raise because they went above and beyond to help me get my gifts to my nephews.

Voice recorder defective!!!!
I am giving only 3 starts SOLEY because I ordered the voice recorder as well. The pillow was PERFECT! Super cute!!! However the voice recorder was defective. It did not work, I took it to a battery place to replace the batteries that I put in and it STILL didn't work. I need to gift for TOMORROW! I am currently running around to SEVERAL stores to try and find another one. As I cannot order it because it won't be here in time.. this is very upsetting. I was so excited for my husband to open this on his birthday and it's looking like I won't be able to have the voice recorder even though I paid extra for it.Again PILLOW was super cute... but very upsetting not getting EVERYTHING I paid for. 🥺

Poorly made. NONREFUNDABLE
The item I received is very poorly made. The sewing is crooked and the face is partially missing. This item is NONREFUNDABLE. nonetheless I am still trying to contact the seller to get a refund. I will update if they stand by their product and attempt to fix this issue. Otherwise do not purchase from this company. You might as well throw your money away.
