This is my new favorite for biking and running. One of the Precision Nutrition guys told me they taste like mochi and now that’s how I think of them. They’re sister and less sweet than most blocks/chews. Great flavor and texture! And a decent amount of carbs in one packet. Can get a bit expensive, so I don’t use them all the time. They don’t have fructose so they’re easier on my stomach, and as a dietitian I recommend them for athletes with IBS.

Great flavor, very easy to chew

I decided to try these on my trail run due to the reviews that they were marshmallow like. I felt the block was a bit large to bite into while running. Instead of small little bits to chew it was two relatively large spongy blocks. The mouthfeel was not really preferred by me thought the flavor was not bad. I will probably not be buying more of these, especially since I also feel the price was steep.

For ultra endurance events and long training days, these are a great way to balance your electrolytes. Especially on hot days when you're sweating a bunch and are struggling to keep up with that salt loss, throw back a couple of these and you are good to go!

I used PF 300 Flow and chews during the 160 mile ride, and it worked perfectly. No stomach issues, no crashes, just clean, steady energy throughout the day. I combined it with real food, and it all digested smoothly even under high heart rate conditions.

taste is so awful…..

Super yummy I love these! Way nicer than a gel and it feels like you are eating sweets/jellies/soft gummies.

Used for training and hiking a trail marathon. Would buy again!
