It states "Store in a cool, dry place" on the label. I personally don't refrigerate them.

Is this product suitable for vegans?

Vegan and vegetarian is two different things on the bottle says it’s vegetarian but vegan mean no diary no egg either. if it says vegetarian that’s usually cos it contains diary

what does an individual pill measure please? I really struggle to swallow pills

Each capsule is 3/4 of an inch (or 19.05 millimetres), so quite small. I personally dont swallow the capsules but instead I open them up (carefully) and pop the powder in my mouth, then swallow a mouthful of warm or cold water (hot water or tea etc isnt recommended as it destroys the enzymes).
