Well, I was racking my brain on how to deal with all the water skis I had. This pretty well did the job! Having used something similar for a tools cabinet, I knew they'd be sturdy enough to really weight down - but for water skis, it was overkill. Still, it did the trick. Those plastic "u" strips covering the bars wasn't present in my previous shelving; I like it for keeping my skis from being scratched. As I teach kids and youths and adults, and have several in my group who are active slalom skiers, I needed to be able to rack lots of stuff. Pictures tell the story... Love it/them!

Good product

Wobble a minute bit side-to-side & plastic slot cover a minor bit of a bother trying to center but LOOK GREAT. They feel virtually unbreakable & the small built-in thumbscrew makes them almost impossible to accidentally knock them up-and-out of position.
