Love the smell and health providing
Extremely Health, especially when mixed with turmeric and ginger

Great Supplement
It's tasteless going down. When the capsule devolves you can taste a bit of cinnamon. It's not unpleasant or a strong nuisance. It goes away shortly.

Easy to swallow capsules. Just started to take them so I cant say if it is effective in helping to stabilize blood sugar as of yet.

Ceylon i think.
After reading the reviews its do hard to tell which are true Ceylon. These are much more a red tone than others and with no smell. You can smell the cinnamon in these. And I use these to help keep my blood sugar at check. I take one 500 mg a day which gas helped my sugar counts. So far i like this brand

If you want cinnamon in your daily diet and can swallow capsules buy with confidence I couldn't find them anywhere but here

Deceptive Marketing - Not 2000mg
This product is marketed as "Vegavero Organic Ceylon Cinnamon | 2000mg |........" When I received the product the bottle has the dose 500mg per capsule. Of course this product isn't eligible for return. Very unhappy and will not purchase from this vendor again.
