Don't waste your time
The straightener arrived in an open box with scratches on it, definitely didn't look new. The plates didn't heat up properly and therefore my hair was barely straightened. The product feels heavy and like cheap material has been used. Very disappointing.

Faulty straightener
Bought the straightener in May and it bonked in July - less than two months. Shocked by the poor quality of Babyliss as I have used the brand many many times in past

Llevo usando la marca Babyliss toda la vida, mis planchas anteriores me duraron casi 15 años, y para reemplazarlas no he dudado en repetir marca. Lo que más me gusta en unas planchas es que no quemen por fuera al usarlas, y en Babyliss eso no sucede. Llegan a 235° con 6 ajustes de temperatura desde 140°. Personalmente como mi pelo es grueso y abundante suelo usar las temperaturas más elevadas, pero para pelo fino con las más bajitas es suficiente. Tiene función iónica y si te acercas emite un pequeño zumbido, pero apenas se oye. Cuenta también con apagado automático como seguridad si no se usa en 72 minutos. El cable es largo y giratorio, cómodo a la hora de usarla. En la caja contiene además una alfombrilla térmica para evitar tener que dejarla en otras superficies que se estropean cuando terminas de usarlas. En definitiva, Babyliss es sinónimo de calidad. Espero que mi opinión y mis fotos le hayan sido útiles ✅

Though this straightener performs well, it arrived with a European plug. Fortunately I already have an adapter which converts a European plug to an Australian power point, so can use it.
