Love this! I was able to train my 2 year old dog to walk next to my side without a leash in a week! We walk all around the neighborhood. I've never used the shock but I used the vibrate only the first week and now I only have to use the call button after a month! It is super easy to pair and the battery charge lasts for 3 to 4 days. I had a problem with the original one I received and sent and email to the manufacturer and they exchanged it no questions asked! Customer service is amazing! This is the third brand of dog training collar I've tried and I'm so happy to say I love it and finally found one that works! The others had always unpaired and I could never get them to pair again! I became so frustrated I gave the others away but even my friends that I gave them to said they couldn't pair them either and they tossed them. This one stays paired most of the time but if you have to pair it once a week or so, it literally takes 2 second to pair it! The range is crazy too. I've used the call button when he has gotten out and run over to our neighbor's house (and we have 2 acres) and the collar still works!

My 10 year old farm dog has been previously trained on a underground fence. Well last winter my husband ripped it up with the snowplow in several areas so this summer our dog was starting to wander. I bought this and have only had to use the beeping sound just a couple times to remind him and it has worked great. Being that I dont have to use it much the batteries last a long time. I do try to remember to charge them once a week just in case. Like that it vibrates also so there is two steps you can take before needing to shock them

For the price the collar works Great. None of the collars in this price range are actually water proof. They have a rubber gasket that pushes over the charging outlet on the collar and if the dogs jumps in the ocean or other body of water the gasket is insufficient and the collar will stop functioning. I know this because I’ve bought three different shock collars now. This was my third one and I went for the cheapest. It works just as well as the other two that were about twice as much. And I’m not letting this one get wet! I also really like the remote for this one. It’s easy to see the display, unlike the ones with a led screen which is impossible to see in bright daylight. I also like that the part on the dog is a lower profile than most.So, having purchased three different brands I’d recommend this one.

It is a great training device. I use it on my 2.5 yrs old 70lbs german shepherds. It works very well even at very low number, my dog picks the signal and focus back on me right away. I've been used it for almost 2 weeks on daily bases, the battery is still good.

My beagle/chihuahua learned quickly with very little use of the shock on the 3 setting. I love that the settings can be changed, and yes, I tried it on myself before using it on him. I couldn't take the chance of hurting him. This just gives him an uncomfortable tingle. Also, I didn't use the shock until after using verbal warnings, the beep warning and the vibration warning. He quickly learned that the beep means come back to mommy. The charge lasts 1 to 2 weeks depending on how much I use it. He is a much better puppy since using this device. I love it.

Love the price, loved the set up. So easy to sync and start using right away. Holds a charge a long time. Love the fact that it is easy to take out of sleep mode, just push any button, and you can correct your dog right away. I love that you can use sound, vibration or shock with different levels for each. I start out with the sound and then move to the vibration and usually don't have to do more than that. This is a great product for the price and so easy for anyone to use. My 5 yr old neighbor knows how to use it.
