This is the best coffee cup I've ever had. I actually donated my old mug because it was just old, not broken. I bought a new one too support the store because this coffee cup keeps coffee warm for hours, cold stuff cooks for hours, it goes through the dishwasher (don't tell nobody) and it just works. No spill means absolutely no drips. Tried and tested to be true. 100% great company, and great product. Highly recommend.

This is my second time buying the Contigo West Loop, and for good reason. My first one lasted about 5 years of daily use before the seal around the drinking spout finally started to wear down. That kind of durability is rare in a travel mug.The insulation is fantastic—it keeps my coffee hot for hours, which is a lifesaver on long commutes. The AUTOSEAL lid really does its job: it seals tight, doesn’t leak, evenl if i toss it in a bag. The design is sleek, easy to clean, and comfortable to hold.After using many other travel mugs over the years, I keep coming back to this one. If you want something reliable, leakproof, and long-lasting, this is it. Highly recommend!

I love this bottle. I got the 24 ounce one so it holds a good deal, and the design of it makes it easy to hold and drink from. I have found that several of the bottles that hold larger amounts are too big around to fit comfortably in my hand, but not this one. It hold ice for a couple of days, and keeps drinks cold. I have not tried it with hot liquids yet. I find it really is spill proof, and I like the location of the button you push to release the liquid. The only thing that I would change about this bottle is to add a handle, either on the side or on the top that you could loop your finger through to make it easier to carry. I have not yet taken it in the car to see whether it fits into the cup holder, but just by looking at it, I think it will. One other thing I like about it is that even though it is slender, the bottom is not so tiny that it is top heavy. I have another bottle that I got that is so tall and the base is so small around that it is top heavy and falls over easily. Not this one. So in short, I would recommend this bottle , you won't be sorry for purchasing it.

Easy to fill, cleans well, durable, looks nice, and holds a lot of coffee. The only let down is that this new iteration is too tall to fit under my coffee maker and I have to make coffee in a different cup and pour it in, so if you have one of the single cup coffee makers I’d check the height to see if it’s compatible. I use ice in it to cool my coffee down to not scald my tongue and it keeps the temperature well. I like the lock feature and the press to open the drinking area. The colors are a lot darker and less vibrant than the listing shows

Don't be fooled by imitations!! the West Loop is the ultimate coffee-keeper-warmer for all types of hot coffee.locking mechanism is an easy to use flip-flop on top that won't interfere with sippage, the sippy-hole has a delicate curve that encourages a spill resistant (spill proof?) lip seal, and it seals securely from underneath (release button requires firm but not excessive pressure.)steel body will take a lot of abuse: survives repeated crashes into the floor from the kitchen counter but getting run over by an automobile can and will mash it flat.

I already have a couple of these travel mugs. I recently ordered these because the ones I have are my all time favorite for several reasons. First, they actually do what they're supposed to. They actually keep hot things hot and cold things cold for at least 2 or 3 hours. Yes, that ought to be a given, but I've tried too many that don't. Second, the locking feature really works; they don't leak. Period. And third, they're the perfect size. They hold enough coffee for even a coffee nut like me. Plus they fit in the dishwasher. (I have one from the same company that has to be hand washed because it's so tall.) Finally they're durable. As I said before, I already have two. I've had them for years, and they still look great. (There's a very small paint chip on one; the other's still perfect.) So I didn't need to replace the ones I have. I bought them to replace others that don't work nearly so well. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Well made and designed, keeps things cold as long as overnight and has an excellent seal, that has never dripped when properly closed. It takes a beating, as well. Very happy with this cup.
