Logitech F310 - gaming controls (Gamepad, Wired, PC, Back, D-pad, Home, Start)

This is a very high quality device and has lasted a lot of game play on my Alienware. If I were to ask for an improvement it would be for it to come with a USB-C adaptor as it is USB-A.

Bought the used one but the joystick is in fine condition although not the original packaging. Works brilliantly with Mac. Just turn the switch below the joystick from X to D and you're ready to go.

I tried most of the day but I could not get the Logitech F310 to work at all.I looked on-line for a solution and tried all of my games,but got nowhere ! so I sent it back.Other people say its great you just plug it in and it works,so what's going on? I'm running Windows 8 on a 2 year old computer
