Peace of Mind for pet parents
Wonderful product! Easy set-up, and works as promised. Concerned about the feral cats who visit our covered porch daily for food, we bought this before we went on a four-day trip recently. The dual feeder is large and sturdy, the stainless steel bowls are separate and easy to clean. The food container holds close to 5 pounds of kitten chow nuggets. The smartphone app makes it simple to program the amount and times of feedings, and as the feeder connects to your WiFi, you can check on it remotely and adjust the amount or time of feedings. Paired with a video cam, we could monitor the feeder visually. This is a well built, quality product that functions as promised.

Great product and easy to setup in PETLIBRO app
This granary feeder is just perfection. The setup is incredibly simple. I already have other PETLIBRO devices (wet feeder and water fountains). And I was able to add this device on the same app.I returned a previous feeder that could not use the same app. It was using PETLIBRO Lite app and it was challenging. This granero one is great and very reliable.

Great product!
Gives you the conscience of being able to go on short trips and feed your kitties! Build quality is good and holds a large amount of food. One downside is that although the app is convenient, you can’t program the feeder offline. This normally isn’t a problem but once my internet did go out when I needed to change the feeding schedule.Other than that it’s a very solid product that provides a lot of convenience and peace of mind.

Game changer for hungry cat -- try simple hack to prevent kibble from getting stuck
My cat and I love our Petlibro! It was an expensive purchase but the freedom it's given me is priceless. For my cat, it's a guarantee that kibble will fall into his dish on a regular basis (I swear he's learning to tell time!). For me, it's freedom from being the bad guy. It enabled me to transfer Hobson's association of my being in the kitchen equals food for him to the dispenser that sits quietly in the corner now equals food for Hobson. I can now come and go into the kitchen without him wailing at me (ok, well, most of the time).I did not purchase the wi-fi version. At the time I thought why in the heck would I want to access his feeder over wi-fi. I regret that decision. There have been times when I'm out for the day and realize I won't be back in time to give Hobson his wet food dinner, and wished that I could access his feeder over wi-fi and change the time that it would dispense the next kibble run to be at an earlier hour. Live and learn.PROS:-- big container holds lots of cat kibble (and includes a tray in the lid which holds desiccants to help keep the kibble dry and mold free)-- timed release (up to 4x in a 24 hour period)-- ability to pick how many multiples of kibble should be dispensed each release time (for a cat, with dispensation 4x a day, I've never had the machine delivery more than 2 or 3 batches of kibble at once)-- easy to clean-- I like the removable stainless steel dish (so I can easily clean that on a daily basis)-- well made productCONS:-- kibble size limitation (for most cat kibble, this would never be an issue, but Hobson gets dental kibble which by definition are big kibble nuggets--thankfully Purina DH kibble does fit)-- The digital clock isn't accurate, it's slow, losing 2-3 minutes every 4 months-- Maximum of 4 dispensing times during a 24 hour period. I wish this were 6x.Quick hack: Before we moved Hobson to dental kibble, his smaller regular cat kibble would sometimes not clear the dispensing shoot and get stuck on a plastic seam. Easiest thing in the world to fix that was to place a little yellow post-it stickie over the plastic seam and extending into the bowl. This ensured 100% of the dispensed kibble always fell into the bowl. That said, the yellow stickie was not going to prevent Hobson from sticking his paw up into the machine to jimmy loose some additional kibble. (I've seen some posts of people rigging a long shoot between the mouth of the dispenser and the kibble bowl as a means to combat the paw poke. I didn't want one more thing to have to clean.)

Uneven distribution, even after a dozen dispenses.
The media could not be loaded. This review is going to be pretty lengthy as there are no other reviews available on this product as of writing this review 08/12/2024 and I want potential buyers and existing buyers to know what others are experiencing. This is the "budget" option for dual pet food dispensing but I still expected it to perform the minimum of somewhat evenly dispensing kibble within the size specifications, spoiler: it doesn't.When I first received the Pet Libro Granary Smart Feeder Dual Bowl I cleaned the non-electronic internals with tap water per the instructions, then waited 12 hours for the parts to dry.Once fully dry I assembled the Granary per the instructions and did a few test dispenses to prime the product to dispense evenly. According to the instruction document the first 6 or so dispenses will be uneven as the Granary is filling the hopper. I ran 12 of these dispenses before I started recording. For dispense 13 and onwards I started recording, you can view the results in the video attached. The results in the video speak for themselves but I'll spell it out below.Uneven dispenses over and over. The hopper was 1/3rd full during this entire duration. I have two cats and I'm wanted to training them on eating from the dispenser in preparation for a vacation, but with results like this I do not think I can trust this product with making sure my cats are as close to evenly fed as possible. I think it may stem from a design flaw, the internal serving hopper rotates slowly and while it rotates the food dispenses from the right first, then once fully rotated the flow starts to hit the left side of the opening. If the hopper rotated a bit faster maybe it would be more even? Or maybe if the minimum serving size was larger it would dispense more evenly as the hopper has more time to fully rotate? But at the current specifications all of the kibble has exited the right side before the hopper has rotated enough to evenly distribute kibble.I'm one of the first users to buy this so I'm inherently taking a gamble on the product, seeing the reviews for the other Petlibro products I felt like this one might perform as well as their single bowl dispenser but that looks to not be the case. 1 star, that is the minimum I can give this product because it does not perform the main task I paid a little extra for, vs buying two single dispenser, which is dispense as evenly as possible. The app is fine for scheduling, however I don't see a purpose in the premium features if I have the dual dispensing Granary since cats aren't visual tracked. I'm not in the ecosystem enough to take advantage of the premium features. The app does notify you if the product goes offline and was notifying me when the hopper was empty so that's working as expected but no extra stars for this most basic function. The product arrived factory sealed and never used, but I was disappointed at the internal plastic pieces having deep scratch marks in some areas. It felt sort of rushed.
