My toddler is autistic and I try not to expose him to too much screen time. However, screen time can be very regulating for autistic children. The yoto allows my child to regulate with his favorite characters and music without exposing him to too much screen time in a single day. We’ve been using the yoto since he was 1 and it’s his favorite toy. It’s way more cost effective than the Tonies box in my opinion. Having to buy a $17 character vs a $6-12 card is much better for families on a budget. The make your own option also makes it much more worth it.

I heard a lot of people getting these for their kids as a way to limit screen time and I wanted to try it out. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 6 yr old and she absolutely loves it! It’s portable and small in size and easy for her to use. She can take it with her anywhere and can listen to both audio books and music.

My favorite thing I ever bought for our kids. Worth every penny. We own 2 Yoto Mini’s and 1 Yoto Player and absolutely love them ! My older kids prefer the Mini’s because they’re easier to carry around and our youngest likes the Player because of the bigger “screen” and also it’s easier for her to use it . It’s easy to use even for younger kids. Their app is great and we really like the make your own cards as you can record yourself or grandparents or whoever or you can just buy audiobooks and add them to the MYO card . Also yoto has a great variety of cards for all ages . Their subscription is also a cool option. This is such a nice device to keep kids off screens . Everywhere we go we get asked about it because parents are looking for ways to get their kids to off screens and offer quality entertainment. And this is it .

My kids love to bring it out and listen to stories in car. Lots of story cards can be purchased and also allow to make your own story. The mini size is perfect size for my kids to bring on their little hands and backpack.Great gift and great learning device.

We bought this yoto speaker for my daughters at Christmas this past year, I wish we would have gotten it sooner! They love it, we listen to podcast, and their favorite princess cards!

This is easy to use and such a great alternative to screen time. The stories are great and my toddler can easily operate the unit.

One of the best purchases I’ve made for my kids. My kids will sit and listen to their stories for hours — even listening to the same books over and over again. We have bought quite a few story cards, but the “Make Your Own” cards are great, too. I would absolutely recommend this product to other parents. 1000% better than screens for kids.
