neutral set that works perfect
this is a great aesthetic looking band set that works just as described.

Not as pictured
I ordered these for my wife because the latex type bands are too uncomfortable for her to use. When we received the package it contained 2 medium bands and 1 heavy band. The order should have contained 1 light, 1 medium, and 1 heavy, band. As luck would have it she needed the light band to start. So these are basically worthless to her. Quality of the bands seems good, but apparently you are rolling the dice whether you actually get what you ordered. BIG disappointment!

Not for big girls
These resistance bands are soft and comfortable but not for big girls. I am a plus sized woman and was really excited when I found these, having the light, medium and heavy all in one set was great. I'm going to figure out a way to make them work. Overall, they are good and affordable.
