Easy to use, firm hold on both the instrument and phone. It even fits with my extra wide phone case, even with the stylus attached. Functions perfectly and is high quality, sturdily built. Highly recommend for the trombone, I'm sure it would work just as well with other instruments.

Very easily breaks
We are on our second one in only a few months. My high school aged son dropped it trying to take off his instrument and it broke.

great for pep band
Worked great on my flugelhorn and valved trombone. It was pretty easy to install and didn't scratch my horn because of the foam (i was pretty worried about that). Will definitely use this for pep band stuff! quite sturdy and not as heavy as i expected, most of the weight is from the phone itself.
