Not as good as the Max, however due to the quantity and price this is perfect. I have digest issues and though this may not eliminate every problem people have, I believe this dose help with the right aids and diet in minds they are easy to swallow and easy on digestion. They obviously are not going to be a speedy product with insanely instant results, however over time they do have a god impact on your gut health as a whole

To improve gut health

I have tried many probiotics since I was diagnosed several years ago for IBS issues related to having Fibromyalgia. I've recently started the Low Fodmap diet which is helping enormously and this specific probiotic by Optibac - Everyday Extra - is authorised as suitable for a Low Fodmap diet. I've discovered over time that many of the probiotics on the market also contain PREbiotics and some of them seem to cause additional problems for IBS sufferers rather than help the situation. I can only say that I am very happy I've found this one and from my experience of combining it with the Low Fodmap diet the results are very noticeable. I hope this helps anyone out there with this problem as it is no fun! But there is light at the end of the tunnel if my experience is anything to go by.

Always get these tablets as they have done great things for my stomach. I have lots of issues in the stomach department and these optibac tablets have helped calm my IBS, diverticulitis and colitis. I take took them for a few months and then gave them a rest , and now take them to boost the immune system for a week every now and again . They have helped me feel and look healthier. Great product and would recommend . I was recommended them by a family member going through the start of issues I had and now I have recommended them to my friends and family .

Leider wirken diese Probiotica bei mir nicht so wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Ich nehme nun seit über 2 Wochen täglich eine Kapsel entweder mit dem Frühstück oder morgens auf leerem Magen ein und merke leider so gut wie keinen Effekt. Ich habe diese Probiotika gekauft, weil ich eine Histaminunverträglichkeit habe und die Zusammensetzung der Stämme histaminsenkend sein soll. Zuvor hatte ich Probiotika von zwei anderen Herstellern ausprobiert (jedoch ohne so wirklich auf die Zusammensetzung der Stämme zu achten). Bei meinen ersten Probiotikas habe ich bereits nach wenigen Tagen positive Effekte verspürt. Ich konnte täglich sehr gut auf die Toilette gehen, hatte kaum noch Bauchschmerzen und Blähungen, meine sonst pickelige Haut wurde viel reiner und ich habe mich einfach insgesamt sehr viel besser gefühlt. Leider weiß ich die Marke bzw. die Firma nicht mehr (hatte sie auch nicht bei Amazon bestellt). Von meinen zweiten Probiotikas habe ich unheimliche Bauchschmerzen bekommen und sie daher nach kurzer Zeit abgesetzt. Durch diese Erfahrung fing ich an, mich etwas mehr mit der Zusammensetzung der Bakterienstämme zu befassen und bin so letztendlich bei diesen Probiotika hier gelandet. Ich vertrage sie scheinbar gut, da ich keine Bauchschmerzen oder ähnliches habe. Aber ich merke wie gesagt auch sonst einfach nicht viel. Die Probiotikas wirken sich leider bisher weder merklich positiv auf meine Verdauunng noch auf meine Haut aus. Evtl. habe ich minimal weniger Blähungen, aber das ist auch alles. Vielleicht muss ich sie einfach noch etwas länger einnehmen, ich weiß es nicht. Aber nach der Erfahrung mit meinen ersten Probiotika-Kapseln weiß ich ja, dass die positiven Effekte relativ schnell einsetzen (können). Schade. 60€ für 90 Kapseln ist natürlich auch nicht gerade wenig Geld...
