Looking for a Loop Pedal? Buy This!
I watched a lot of reviews and videos before I bought this thing. I wanted a loop pedal for under $100.00. The Ditto has no storage banks..or maybe 2 and the Boss Rc-1 seemed like a good choice but you need extra $$ for the power supply..It's not that big of a deal but I wound up buying the Electro-Harmonix 360. It has performed as advertised and reviewed. My loops are rarely over 15 or 20 seconds max so I can save up to 11 loops. Honestly I have only 3 recorded but it's such an advantage to save a few or delete a few. One loop max is 6 minutes so that's already a minute more than the ditto but you can spilt those seconds up in 11 different banks if you want..sometimes a loop can be 4 seconds and you can just build and build on it..No performance issues at all..I am 100% satisfied with this and the fact that they include a power supply says something about this company..

You can save your loops in 11 channels.
It's a good pedal, it worth your money. I think it's a 4 (4 and half) stars device, why? It's my foult: because i was so excited when i read: "eleven chanel, 360 seconds to record" but i thought 360 seconds per channel, and not, it's just 360 second to use in the 11 channels, but it's ok, it's really good because the other pedal it's just 300 second and just 1 channel (like the pedal Ditto). The other thing it's the play perfomance, it's great, but i don't like so much the pedal takes a little pause to repeat de loop, maybe you can skip the pause, but i still don't find how. But it's a excellent choise, great sound, great loop, easy to work with it. It's a really good purchase.

It's easy to understand
This looper is absolutely a gem. It's easy to understand. The double tap on the ending of the record portion was a physical task I had to practice. This looper has an old fashioned tough switch so practicing on the double tap or general use will not wear this switch out. And when the switch is done, it's a simple and inexpensive switch replacement. I no longer buy TC Electronics pedal because the switch in the TC stuff is proprietary and and cannot be replaced easily or cheaply. Buy this looper and you will not be disappointed. The only issue is the power jack in looper takes a positive tip which is a bit of a curve ball.

Really could have used some more knobs or controls
Its a pain to use because almost everything is controlled with the activated/stomp button. You press it once to record, twice to stop a looping recording, and hold it to erase the saved audio loop. That sounds great and all, if It actually worked as it sounds on paper. In reality, youll be stomping on it repeatedly trying to get the button to register the two consecutive pushes to stop. Definitely NOT a pedal for performances, blunders with this thing would be inevitable. Its also NOT pedal friendly. No matter what order in my pedal chain I put it, the playback gets muted by my noise gate. Even when I lower the threshold of the noise gate, it will always mute out the looped playbacks. This effectively destroys my ability to use a noise gate, which is essential if you have a massive pedal chain like I do filled with dirt pedals. There is a slight delay when it starts/ends a loop, which can be problematic as the latency it adds to an overall song would grow incrementally the longer it continues, until there was a significant delay. The playback quality is just meh, doesn't sound great and don't expect it to retain that beautiful tone you've shaped with your tube amp and boutique pedals. Itll swallow it up, and spit out a pretty grainy replica of your tone. For hobbyists and bedroom guitarists though, its a fun pedal to play with. You can play entire songs solo with this thing, if you don't mind the lengthy process of double stomping the button to stop the recording, bending over to turn the knob to the next saved audio loop, the stomping it again, all while trying to seamlessly play a song. Good luck with that. This pedal is gold for noodling around, and for learning to improvise. Record a basic rhythm with power chords, have it loop and go to town. Its great for organically teaching you scales as well. Overall its a great tool for beginners, and a good option for pedal fiends that require one of each type of pedal on their board.

Great product considering all the nifty features
Does the job very well, I wish there qould be a way to export the recordings to a computer, but it seems impossible with this product (not that I was expecting this, just wishful thinking).Important note for players in Europe/Asia: the pedal comes with a 9V adapter which is not the supported voltage in those regions. Consider getting a transformator that makes it suitable for the voltage in your region or just get a new adapter, should be cheap. (works with 9V, although it says 9.6V on the AC/DC adapter)

I like this looper for practicing and working out guitar licks ...
I like this looper for practicing and working out guitar licks on short repetitive chord progressions. The sound is good. It is easy to use. It's the onlyquality looper that I found in the one footswitch button market that can remember several loops. Probably not useful for live performances dependingon the music. I have a Digitech JamMan which is better for live music because two footswitch buttons gives more spontaneous control plus wholerhythm tracks can be copied to the JamMan directory as WAV files.

... haven't had much time with it but I'm really happy with it
Just got this pedal and haven't had much time with it but I'm really happy with it. I had been trying to decide between this and the Ditto, but chose this for the ability to store up to 11 loops, the extra minute (6 rather than 5), and the silent foot switch (and the price which included the AC adapter). In a short time playing with this I've just been working on timing. It really is a great practice tool and I've been able to store prior loops and see my progress. Very happy and would certainly like to get more EHX products.
