Very Aesthetic product.
On arrival found no guide on installation provided and become panic. But we could manage to assemble and install with help of electrician.Seller is quick for response.Very good and aesthetic product than available in market.

Disappointed
I bought it 2 times(main order + replacement order) both times I got defected piece. 2nd time I asked for refund as 7 days return was shown but still it could not be returned and 4,5 times I contacted customer support they returned it but still waiting for refund since last 15 days. Horrible service. Very bad experience this time.

Damaged item sent,was very expensive.

Instead of going through the hassle of returning it to Amazon, we decided to reach out directly to the company that supplied it, M/s Shakun Lighting Palace, Jaipur, Rajasthan. We were extremely impressed with their prompt response and excellent customer service—they quickly shipped replacement parts without any issues. Wroste product on amazon.
I received damaged product and some part missing in box, damaged lamp glass received, and different in color. Brown transprent glass received instead of white glass. Base metal round not found in box. Return option not working after deliver product. Dissgusting......
