This is the second time I received this with no filters I sent the first one back for no filters and this one has no filters i’m not sending it back again. I want my filters off. I want two filters that were supposed to be in it.

Be aware, This kit doesn’t include filters. The filters are not pictured in the kit. Filters would be good to include.

I am conflicted about this company. My mother always bought Eureka and my wife did, too! I picked up this robotic, with reluctance, after having owned the first generation Roomba (It was more work to clean than to just sweep the floor myself). NOW, that being said, I love this machine! It cleans as good, if not better than any other robotic vacuum. Cleaning it is simple, but involved. There are parts that you need to take off and clean with water, but this unit mops, too. I half expected this cleaning, but only once every 2 weeks. My floors apparently don't get as dirty with only two people in the house, at most!The cleaning process is simple, but the drying takes time. It takes a good 12 hours for the base dustbin to dry, as does the HEPA filters. You need a place where the parts can sit out and get circulated air!Customer service is a complete failure. You can't order the parts from your computer. You must use a phone, which I hate to do. The book has 3 filters in it that shows part numbers, and of course, you can't order the OEM filters without calling Customer service. I tried their Chat on the PC... it was a 30 minute waste of my time. After I called, I had to give a serial number from the unit to get them. I was going to pay, but the guy wanted to send them under warranty. All in all, is was the worst customer experience I have experienced in almost 60 years. And this isn't even mentioning my email experience!Otherwise, this unit is a solid 5 star review. It sweeps and mops and can be scheduled to do either via the Eureka app. Instructions on cleaning are clear and concise and again, very simple! It has no problem sucking up the dust and dirt. The power on the wheels is amazing! I have a 1/2 inch thick threshold and it gets over it after the initial learning phase. It is also weighty, which I like. Although, if it catches any cords, it has the strength and power to pull my access point off of a window that was attached by Velcro. Pick up your cords!

These replacement parts were for the robot vacuum I purchased and are so easy to replace.

There are no replacement hepa filters with this kit

I tried buying thinking maybe the reviews were an anomaly but they are correct. The box does not come with HEPA filter even though it is advertised it should be in there.

Manufacturer is leaving the HEPA filters out. When I called they told me to send the whole kit back to Amazon, what a joke, false advertising!!!!
