This book is a handy bit of kit for any electrician, the latest version, nicely worded with Nice and clear illustrations, I bought this guidance note 3 as I'm currently working on the 2391 course any any extra books that can help me revise or help me on the day are well appreciated and also the guidance note 3 is an integral book to the 2391 course! I feel if I'm not buying direct from Amazon on the Amazon website but via a 3rd party seller on Amazon it's always worth saying whether they were good with the item being legitimate etc. But in this case it was sold by Amazon via Amazon and confirm the item was legitimate, great condition and came with a speedy delivery. Its IET G3, what can i say, required material to take the 2391 exam.....its a book. Doesnt make a great hat....because its a book. Contains all the information required for said exam...does what it says on the cover. Not what id call a riveting read, dont skip to the end to find out who did it, you won't be enlightened. And dont try and use it as a hat 😉

The official and comprehensive guide for sparks. Covers all the procedures to testing according to regs so you can pass you tests on the first try. It's also a great book to refresh you knowledge of procedures during your yearly audit if part of a competency scheme.

Bought to replace old damaged manu. Brand new good value unlike some 2nd hand manuals being sold as new. Handy backup to have in areas where no phone reception available

Got what I sent for. Essential read for anyone sitting 2391 examination.

IET Guidance Note 3: Inspection and Testing is exactly as expected. It is just a more up to date version of the previous ones. Anyone who is an electrician would say the same. There is however a couple of "errors" in it. I will let you discover for yourself. Would not want to spoil your read and it gives you something to look forward or out for!
