Writing this review after a few months of purchase. Happy with the product as it comes with a lot attachments which are of great use to keep the house spotless. Must say that it is less noisy making it suitable for pet parents and the suction power is so solid that even big particles smoothly sucked in. Wet and dry vaccum with this price make it a suitable option for those who can't afford dyson products... Only drawback I feel is that the lack of service centres in our area. If you could work on that, Nothing could beat this product...

This is another excellent product. Deliver 100% on whatever they claimed on product. I am using it for almost a month. It's best bet in India. Roller get dried completely unlike other brands on Amazon India. I tested Bisell, Tineco.Literally no maid needed, even while taking a call you can just run through this daily hygiene routine.

Over priced. Useless cleaner. Its only a deodoriser and an super inflated price.

Don't buy!!!!Bad product...within 3 months of purchase, it started releasing more water than needed during wet mopping, could not clean it properly and left the floor wet with watermarks.Worst service!!!When I raised a ticket with their tech support, they took more than 2 weeks to collect the appliance, that too with multiple follow-up.The SR was raised in June first week and was delayed saying the part is stuck with customs, will come from China..etc. Sometimes they say the part is not available, at time they don't know when it will come...all sort of reasons but no ETA.I am writing this review after patiently waiting for almost 6+ weeks since the appliance SR was raised. It has not been repaired nor are they ready to refund the money.I would suggest the Dreame management to stop selling product until you have a good tech/engineering support or a good product to sell.Pls refund my money. SR is still open.Amazon team, pls take the accountability of the case and help me get the refund since it is under warranty.

Received defective product raised complaint n option given was return or replacement I selected return by CS through call return date was 20Th July no one came or called same on 21st Cs said to wait till 26th return window got closed as many times I am calling they are giving different reason n they closed return window n I lost money n got defective product

Do not buy this product.We purchased the Dreame H-12 and the experience has been terrible.The product had issues early on, and the after-sales service is the worst. They took 2 months to return the machine, and even now it is not repaired. Some parts are missing too.We are facing so much trouble after buying this and there is zero support from the brand.Please do not waste your money. I really regret this purchase.

Waste product never available and very costly

Ordered the H12 model, but the box arrived with a broken seal.On inspection, the charging port was found to be non-functional, and the hand vacuum didn’t work either.Initiated return on the same day of delivery due to the faulty and tampered condition of the product.Highly disappointed with the experience.
