Magical product
Well I wasn’t sure about this product but thought I would give it a try when my pup became sick. But when it arrived I had gotten a cold and felt awful so decided to try it before going to work. Once I sat on it I sneezed 3 times and my congestion immediately began to clear! This is amazing. Give it a try. It’s extremely easy to set up as well!

Love this Grounding Mat
We find this helps with aches and pains as well as circulation and muscle cramping etc. No directions on which side of the mat is the side to sit on and make body/skin contact!? ? Helpful if you can include this in the product details.Is it Plug in side up or the shiny plug in side down? We love it!!
