Thermos doesn't keep food warm. Heated soup to boil, put in thermos and was cold in 3 hours. Bag is flimsy. Design of thermos is great, if it worked.

It is very convenient to use with the wide opening and good size compartments. It’s also very aesthetic. However, it has zero insulation. The minute you put warm food into it you feel the outside warming up and thus losing heat. After two hours the food was cold.
