The media could not be loaded. Great product. I have had it for 3 months and it is still going strong. Very quiet motor - however you can probably hear it in a quiet bedroom (beware). That being said - I have it in my media room and it never bothers me.The unit looks high end despite the affordable price. Everything is good quality and has held up well. The functions are easy to set on the back of the unit to make sure you do the winding direction / length of time that works with your particular set of watches.Real glass on the front which I appreciate.I highly recommend this unit.

Very nice eye appeal. It lights on the inside when opened which is very nice. I like that every time you close it the watches start turning so you know it is working.

For the price being able to store 6 automatic watches is a great deal. Nice box and good lighting , the winder is quiet . Looks great I’d buy again for the price. Storing all my watch collection with glass Rolex and AP and Patek.

I am very impressed with the fit and finish of the wooden version of this item. Works very well and is a very attractive item. Should I need another would have no hesitation on purchasing it again.

Where's the power brick? The product came with the box, a manual, a usb cable, and specifically says to only use the power adapter they have... but there's not power adapter...So... it won't wind because I can't supply power to it.Also, the pillows for the winding slots have vertical and horizontal ways to put your watch on, I have 7" (average) and the large side is too large (watch won't go around it and the small side is too small and the watch falls out. Because of the plastic slots around the pillow, I can secure it while charging but when I take it out I dropped a watch. It looks nice, but largely impractical. Wouldn't recommend.

Holds all of my watches and keep my automatic watches with the correct time. Great case and I like the light effect.
