Do Not Buy if in UK!

No information given on advert that this has 2 plugs, both of which are 2-pin european plugs. The cable to connect to phone socket is also completely different from the BT sockets (I guess also some European version). Took 8 days to arrive (much longer than promised) and haven't been able to use our new phone line as a result. It arrive this afternoon and now I need to go and buy 2 european plug adaptors and a phones socket cable before I can use the thing! Save yourselves time and money and buy from elsewhere so oyu can get a UK model.

Disappointed.... Not for UK use without adapters & no UK instructions from Helvetiss AG NOT igo

The item sent is for European use. Plugs are 2pin so 2 adapters required. Instruction book not in English so have to download from Gigaset . I know phones are made in Germany I do have additional phone & that is all UK compatible. This information should be known before purchasing the item. This review has been attached to the wrong Supplier. I did not purchase through this supplier. My purchase through Amazon supplier Helvetiss AG Who now inform me they haven’t supplied to Amazon UK for months. So what is going on Amazon. I now have to return the item as the phone connection is not compatible to UK connections.
