Excellent for protecting against nappy rash.
I first used this when I lived in Germany 35+ years ago brilliant cream for protecting baby’s bottoms from nappy rash. Protects because it’s so thick it sits on skin and gives a protective layer. Have recommended it to so many people over the years and my children use on my grandchildren when needed. Seems to work when all else fails.

Die alten Inhaltsstoffe sind immer noch die besten. Da kann man nichts gegen sagen. Altbewährtes muss nicht zwingend umgearbeitet werden. Bitte weiter anbieten.

This is my second order and I absolutely love this butt cream. It is fantastic - super thick, and I really like the way it is packaged - in the can, where no leftovers could go in the waste. Since my son was born, I had the opportunity to try out multiple creams that are available over the counter or online, and I can confidently say this one is the best one. The only con could be probably the price, but I am okay with that considering it really works best. Aside of as a regular baby butt cream I also occasionally apply this stuff on my son's face where he gets his eczema now and then. It worked so far best, even helped when the irritated spots were oozing. And when I run out of this one, I am definitely buying another one. I paid full price for this and will do gladly again.
