Worked perfectly for the space I have. Assembly was easy; although the screw that's supposed to hold the two shelf pieces together... not sure how its supposed to work, but at least at the widest setting, it presses against the other half's "cross-beam", but doesn't really hold that well. I have the shelves at max height, but I might lower them once I go through my project workflow a few times.

These shelves are PERFECT for displaying knickknacks and books. The ability to change the height and with how wide they go, these things can fit large shelves and make great use of the space.Super sturdy, easy to put together and absolutely worth the price.

First off, NO PLASTIC involved with this and the fact its METAL is enough for me. Second, its sturdy enough to put heavy objects on it with NO bowing on the shelf.After putting it together, it shows the MADE IN CHINA structure not true. Some brackets had to be widen to get the shelf in and others was wide enough.Somebody needs to inform MARK AV who left a 1 star review with a picture that literally threw a screw in his life that ruined the whole shelving unit because he did NOT comprehend the screw on the bottom part of the shelf is to allow MAXIMUM stretching length, also known as a stopping point. It was never meant to be screwed into anything else except for the one that was meant to screwed into. OTHERWISE, MARK AV, this shelving would be sold as a "FIXED" length to where you say that they messed up by not putting the other screw in. It is just sad you gave a bad review because you do understand/comprehend what you are doing. Reason i state this is because there is a lot of bad reviews of products that people do not understand/comprehend, so that means it is broken. I like to sort my search by choosing "Avg. Customer Review"; which wades out the crap for me to find better quality products. For example this shelf, it is METAL!! It is already more than structurally sound to compensate anything heavy for the PURPOSE that it is made for.This item serves more than its own purpose and has proper weight balance with the feet and shelf. The fact the shelf can be stack with another one, it has holes on the feet. That allows, in my case, to "SECURE" it on the shelf. Again furthering my point that this serves more than its purpose.

Okay, not super sturdy. Could use two points of contact instead of a single screw that sets the adjustable length.

Like these shelves b/c they are adjustable - both height & width. Very stable. Fit my storage cabinet perfectly & helped make space more usable & accessible.
