I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves Miss Rachel. The sound is very plain and you can always understand what she says. It says several different phrases. Such a fun doll for younger kids. The doll has a soft head and body so it’s perfect to sleep with. Easy to carry with you because it is very lightweight but high quality.

Great Ms Rachel doll, but needs some improvements. The buttons are too hard for my 21 month old daughter to push, so we have to press them for her. The music options are too short. My daughter is obsessed with Ms Rachel so she loves this doll. It is soft and provides her with comfort. Sound is good and like the two volume options. It functions as described except for the hard-to-press buttons. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
