Bought as a replacement for one that was accidentally washed and no longer worked.It works fine but can tell the quality is not as good as the original one I had for several years.

This listing is not correct for the item you receive. It is just the Bluetooth charger box and one one charging cord. Dont want anyone else to be fooled as i was. ordered once and returned to get the same thing a second time. I also ordered two sets each time, Very disappointed in this.

This model is much stronger than previus items. Good reception. Easy to use and charge. I have tried oter bluetooth items, earbuds, but this type and brand is my favorite.

Is there a trick to keep the microphone active? Too many times the microphone drops off and the caller cannot hear me. Short conversations are fine, but longer ones the listener thinks I hung up.

Excellent headset! Works well with computer phone system and cellphone! Love the light weight of the headset.

Buyer beware:Item shipped without accessories. So, if you’re buying for the extras, you might as well keep looking.

The only issue present is sometimes charging does not work, however, must take extra care inserting to charge and in doing so, charges are more likely to work. Otherwise, a very good product.
