On time and good condition

The iPhone is froze during setup, won’t unlock or shut down. I already let the battery die, tried Apple Configurator and DFU. Nothing worked. First time i experienced such a thing with a brand new iphone. What should I do at this point?!Also I’ve been trying to return it for the past 4days every other day a delivery comes and says sorry the return has been cancelled and refuse to take the item! this has been the weirdest experience of my life! Imagine the phone is defected and Amazon cannot even do a simple return all of a sudden

Not many improvements over the previous model, but the same good build quality and amazing camera, although pretty poor OS.
