Here is completed ingredient list: beef, water, Redmond Seasoned Salt (sea salt, onion, coriander, mustard, black pepper, paprika, celery seed, turmeric and parsley), lactic acid (derived from non-GMO beets), celery juice. In beef collagen casing.

Q: Is organic salt really a thing? Is that like organic air?

No, salt cannot be certified organic because it's a non-living compound. When a food product is certified 100% organic, salt and water are the only ingredients that don't have to meet the criteria because there are no criteria they could meet. That's not to say Redmond sea salt is just the same as any other salt - I believe it really is a better choice and I'm glad to see it as an ingredient here.
