I started using this Advanced Silicone Scar Gel about 4 weeks after my surgery, and I’m honestly amazed at the results. My incision scar has noticeably faded and feels much smoother. Bought to use on lines on upper lip area. Easy to use pump , nice texture not oily or sticky. Dries quickly. There is a difference in skin texture already! Tried using silicone tape but this is much easier!

I had elbow surgery in 2024 and used silicone tape which was somewhat inconvenient but did help with scarring. This year, I got a large bad burn from an oven and looked to get the same scar tape but then thought to try this gel product instead as seemed easier. I have to say, this has worked really well! It has reduced my scar significantly, quickly, is not a hassle, don't have to cut it like I did the tape, etc. I was worried it would be sticky or have an odor but it dries quickly, is not sticky, and has no odor at all. I didn't think to take a before picture so can't show a comparison but, as this was so effective, I also bought one for my mother-in-law who just underwent a mastectomy and she will use this as well once the incision is healed sufficiently/is not still an open wound. Really pleased :-)

I had surgery a month ago and have 2 scars, one on my upper chest and another on my neck. In the short time I’ve been using this gel on both I can see a marked improvement. Redness is gone and both areas are feeling smoother to the touch. The product is easy to apply (I like the pump bottle), goes on without stickiness or greasiness, and dries super fast (after application you don’t have to wait forever to get dressed). I also like the reasonable price. Other gels and roll-ons that I’ve tried in the past were 2-3 times more expensive. I’m very impressed w/ the quality so far.

I've only used the product a few days. So far, so good. It takes a solid 5 minutes of massaging the product into the skin before it fully absorbs. You will know once it feels really liquid, like water, at that point leave it to dry and you're ready to put clothes on. Plus, massaging helps scars regardless, so it's a good thing. Feels like nothing at all after about 12 hours, so no problem washing it off or anything. Doesn't stain clothes. Time will tell how well it works long-term!

Best product I have used for scars and stretch marks! It left my skin super soft and not greasy like other products I've tried, with no harsh smells. Improvement in my worst areas is already being noticed!! Will definitely order more!

Although it is too soon to notice a difference in the appearance of my scars, so far it seems to be an okay product. It is a lightly scented, non irritating, gel formula that absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind. The tube comes with a push top dispenser, making spills less likely and at $9.99 for 50 ml you really can't beat the price. However, the product claims it's from the US, but the odd wording on the product leads me to believe otherwise. The packaging and labeling on the bottle also appears to be from a printer, and was peeling at the corner a tad when I opened the box.On another note, I have attached pictures of a few of the scars I hope to lighten with this product (unfortunately I have quite a few). These pictures were taken on the day I received my order. The box states that it takes up to 8 weeks to lessen the appearance of new scars and 3-6 months for older ones. The scar on my arm is newer, while the other three are old. I will try to update at the 8 week, 3 and 6 month intervals to give everyone a better idea of how the product works :) .
