I bought the Acer 32" V Pro Series Smart QLED TV because I trusted the Acer brand from my experience with their laptops. Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing purchase.Delivery was quick (within 3 days), but the problems started right after. No automatic installation service was arranged (unlike other brands), and I had to call manually to request it. Despite assurances of a 24–48 hour window, the technician showed up 5 days later. And when he did, he was completely unprepared — lacked tools, was unsure about installation steps, and I ended up doing most of the setup myself.Now to the TV itself:It lags frequently.Audio cuts out randomly.TV becomes unresponsive if used quickly.Even though it has 1.5 GB RAM and 16 GB storage, my older Mi TV with less RAM works smoother.This doesn’t feel like the quality I expected from Acer. I truly regret this purchase.
