I love this preworkout, and it’s become a staple in my routine. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is super refreshing and tasty, has no weird aftertaste, and is much cheaper than grabbing a can of Alani or Celsius every day. I’ll use it before heavy lifting sessions or 6 am barre classes, and it gives me the perfect boost without feeling overstimulated. Most days I only take half a scoop to keep my caffeine intake in check, and even then I feel noticeably more alert and focused.Best part? No itchy, tingly weirdness like other preworkouts I’ve tried. Just clean energy and solid performance. I also use this brand’s protein powder and love it too. Definitely one of my go-to tried and true's in the supplement aisle.

This product has an excellent performance when energy boost is expected. Its mixability is available so it’s a good value for the money. Doesn’t leave you with a stomach upset. It’s taste is a good try but still needs work

I like the peach mango flavor very fruity . I like that it mixes completely smooth no leftover grit or film.. even though this product contains caffeine you don’t feel like a lot of other pre-workout energy boosters. You don’t get the palpitating heartbeat or the jitters.. I really enjoy a lot of the ingredients very different from a lot of other pre-workout energy supplements. I feel the quantity versus the price is very reasonable for a quality product like this. I enjoy using it and will continue to use and will also recommend to friends.

Great flavor a mixes easy.

The lemon lime flavor is out of this world. Instantly waking you up and energizing you. Tastes great and mixes easy and well!

This stuff is SOLID. 10/10 would reco. scoop needs a change but not worth dinging over.Taste- i bought the lemon lime and it tastes just like the yellow gatorade! over ice, in a cute little cup it's become a swap for my afternoon starbucks iced tea.caffeine- i love that it's only 150mg! it's hard to find lower caffeine options and I like that i can better control my dose by half scooping or double scooping. And i think because it's more concentrated, i can drink it as late as like 2/3 pm and not be up in the middle of the night.other ingredients- NO BETA means no jitters, no skin crawly feeling, which i love! but this is also a noticeable difference vs. my other prewo, so if beta is your jam, you might not like this option. also, i feel like the inclusive of Tyrosine definitely makes more focused when taking this product, but could be placebo...packaging- love the narrow tub, graphics are cute and shiny. but this SCOOP IS TERRIBLE. i find the handle to be way too long, which makes screwing the top back on annoying. but i just broke the handle in half and that did the trick. :)

I workout early and need a little caffeine to get me going. Most of the pre workouts have 200mg, which is a little too much for me. I like that this only has 150mg--that gets me moving, but doesn't leave me jittery or having a headache on the days I am not taking it. The taste of this is really good--the peach mango flavor is on point and it mixes very easily with water. The price is really good--it is less than $1/serving. I also like that this pre-workout isn't loaded with creatinine or other things like some of the other pre workouts I have tried. I have tried a lot of pre workouts and my teen boys use this also. We all love it and I definitely would buy it again. Great quality product!!

Dymatize was my favorite pre workout of all time. They discontinued it and made this, unfortunately it doesn't hold up to their original pre.
