I'm giving this pre workout a 5 star review because it lived up to the hype. The focus and tingling was off the chart! However it left me anxious and really messed up my sleep for a few days It's the RIGHT preworkout and does what it says, it's just not the right preworkout for me

One of the best tasting prework outs ive tried. But the scoop is much larger so it does need to be mixed well

Decent energy increase and pump. Doesn’t hit as hard as others, but also doesn’t leave you wired for the entire night after a workout. I would put it in the “ok,” category but at the price point, I would expect more.

It's pretty tasty. If you really want to maximize it. Mix it with some Rockstar recovery lemonade flavor. It's niiiice
