Gardena Classic Secateurs

Love Gardena secateurs. I have tried others but non seem to fit me ergonomically and in weight. Cutting blade is adequate for my purpose and also these secateurs are build to last. My last pair took me over 10 years and despite trying to sharpen the bade again and again I decided it was more economical to buy a new pair rather then pay quite a bit to have the blade sharpened at half the sharpness (as was the case not many people sharpen blades anymore).

The only complaint I have is that the locking mechanism, which is a plastic slider, is a bit stiff and awkward to use. A minor point, otherwise these secateurs are fine and good value for money.

Good quality ! It is a famous brand. Description perfect. I dont regret my purchase.

Good quality secateurs however the locking switch can be difficult to remove, particularly with wet hands (as is often the case when using these). Would not recommend to anyone with arthritis or diminished hand strength (I regularly rock climb and still find it difficult).

This item was received in good order and has been well used in my garden since receipt.

I had to replace this item and of course the new one works perfectly - I realised how blunt my old secateurs were. This is comfortable to hold and use as well.

Good price, nice and sharp, but the safety catch broke today, never has this before with any secateurs

E' abbastanza robusta e ha un taglio netto e preciso,ottimo il prezzo consiglio per privati e non professionisti,oppure come forbici da tenere di scorta sul camioncino

Ist halt Gardena, super Qualität. Ich benutze seit 5 Jahren meine Rebenschere nicht nur für Reben, sondern auch für kleinere Äste. Ich habe die Neue für meine Tochter bestellt und sofort den Test gemacht. Ich wollte überprüfen, ob meine alte Schere noch genau so scharf ist, wie die Neue. Und tatsächlich unterscheiden sich die Beiden nur davon, dass meine schmutzig ist. Klasse.

Bonne qualité, bonne coupe, la couleur vive permet de bien lerepérer à la différence de celui que celui-ci à remplacé et queje n'ai retrouvé ! Par contre, un détail, il vaut mieux ne pasoublier de mettre des gants car ne l'ayant fait plusieurs foissans eux-ci je me suis pincé assez fortement la peau à la base del'index chose qui ne m'étais jamais arrivé avec mes ancienssécateurs.
