Business Communication: In Person, In Print, Online

Needed this for an online class. It was the first time I ever absolutely needed to use the book to pass the class and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a lot of great information and overs a huge range of topics in communication. The issue is the ridiculous price. Just rent it and take notes.

I felt like this was made for a teenager to understand. It was very feelings based. "Be nice" to people, that's the ENTIRE concept of this book.

I rented this book for the semester and it arrived with a giant cut in the cover of the book. Otherwise, the book is working great for my class. I am worried that I will get charged full price for damage that I didn't do!

Brand new. Was shipped quickly. Would recommend.
