Perfect for long flights
This travel pillow is a total lifesaver! Used it on a 10hr flight and actually slept without waking up with a sore neck. The 360° support is amazing, no more awkward head bobbing! The material is super soft, and it packs down small, so it’s easy to carry. The included eye mask is a nice bonus. The qulaity of the material is great, it doesn't get hot while around your neck, so I didnt sweat at all while using it. It is very easy to use, it comes with instructions on the package which are easy to follow. If you travel a lot, don’t think twice, this is a must-have.

Very comfortable and even better when combined with a neck pillow.
I bought 2 of the "with headrest" variation for a far east trip which included flights of 13 hours, 6 hours and 3 hours. Then the same back again. On their own, they are very good and I managed to sleep pretty comfortably. But then I combined it with a very basic £10 neck pillow and I had the best sleep I have had on a plane. Highly recommended combination. The problem for us was the 3 hour flight was on a budget airline which didn't have headrests so the one i bought was useless and just stayed in the bag. There is a "no headrest" variition, but buying and carrying 2 different variations of these is not practical and i dont see why its difficult to make one thats compatible with both, even if it meant just carrying an additional strap. But most long haul flights with major airlines do have headrests and thats where these are great, and overall I am very very happy with the purchase.

Such a great idea
Great product, not only did it block the light out to help me sleep but it holds your head in place stopping the nodding dog… which also prevents hurting your neck, comfortable on the face as well

Great product, works a treat.
Stops your head falling around and so aids a bit of proper sleep on long haul flight.

Worked well
Had an overnighter to Srilanka and used this, and it worked really well. The issue is really that unless you know they style of seat onboard, you either need to be prepared for it not to be compatible, or take a regular style neck pillow. For my trip, the seats had wings on the headrest, and this fitted just fine, took a couple of moments to attach, and it worked well. The eyemasks attaches by a velcro-like attachment, so there is plenty of adjustment, which is good and bad, good in that it's likely to suit everyone, bad that it's a bit too easy to apply too much pressure to the face, and make it uncomfortable.I had a really great night sleep with this, and it's certainly something I would pack again, especially if I knew the design of the seats. (it depends on "wings" on the headrest)

Conference is on top
The quality of the product is too much good because it is very comfortable. Once I received i immediately used it in local train and trust me it helps me. I recommend it 10/10

A fail on usability, comfort and storage
The best possible travel pillow for me would be a large and fairly firm pillow much like the ones I have on my bed. Several of them would be even better. Anything else, better suited to the exigencies of travel, is going to be a compromise. For a travel pillow, particularly one intended for use when flying, considerations are comfort and size when packed. Until I came across Sarisun's travel pillow I had not considered ease of setting up but this is now my third consideration. If, like me, you fly in steerage, you will be all too aware of the sardine can like seating system. Once seated everything needs to be to hand. This travel pillow needs to be strapped to the seat's headrest. This means getting to your seat and being sorted early and leaving late. A padded eye mask attaches to each wing of the pillow and this holds one's head in place.Want to read, or eat or even talk to your neighbour means detaching one side of the eye mask, which lets it flap about. Detach both sides for politeness and you risk losing it, although the way I am usually crammed into my seat it will hopefully land in my lap rather than irretrievably reach the floor. The headrest on my budget seat always changes position relative to my head when I recline the seat. It is simple geometry. As far as usability goes, this travel pillow is not doing well.I haven't found this pillow very comfortable either. I have not managed to strap it rigidly to the headrest, so it moves, which in turn lets my head move, It supports my head and not my neck, and it is my neck that needs the support, otherwise the neck muscles have to continuously work. Finally, although this may be just me, I found I didn't like my head being surrounded and enclosed. This is not some mild claustrophobia, I am comfortable and comforted in my full face motorbike helmet. On the comfort scale this travel pillow is not doing well.Sarisun's pillow is delivered in a 8" x 4" x 4" cardboard box. It bulges slightly with its contents. I begrudge every cubic inch in my carry-on luggage so I do not consider this small. A drawstring bag is provided for storage when travelling. It is marginally too small. Convenience in storage is also a fail.Although the workmanship in this "Airplane Pillow for Long Flight" is first class it is not "Comfortable" nor is it "Compact". It isn't very usable and I cannot recommend it.
