Bought to use as part of a vitamin protocol after being diagnosed low on bloodwork. Very tiny and easy to swallow. Packaging is easy to store.

Easy to swallow
Starting taking these as I read that a lack of copper can exacerbate sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome. I don’t know if they ll help but it’s worth a try….. The tablets are VERY SMALL, which is great news for anyone who struggles with swallowing them.

No problems with taking
Not long on these so I'm hopeful as time goes on I will feel more benefit from them. No problems with them at the moment which is a good sign.
