Organic, improves well being
Love that this is organic. Started using it and noticed it is working and I have better lung capacity than I had in the past. Also I noticed I do not pick up any type of colds when being around others that have been sickly. The flavor also is not that bad and you can actually take it without blending it with any type of liquid. Also bought one for a friend and we have both been using it and are planning on continuing to use it. I can't honestly say I feel like I have more energy, but I can say that when I am active I feel I have improved capacity than I did before. I love how you only need to take it once a day and it's easy enough to do without forgetting. I have not noticed a change in sleep quality, but I do see a difference in My overall well-being.
