Not Worth It!!!
It folds in around your stomach, it was not comfortable at all. Don’t buy this if you have two stomach and a ditch so to speak, lol. But it did help my back feel better and improve my posture.

This is a great back brace and I've had several different kinds through the years. The straps you can pull to tighten it are an awesome addition! Highly recommend.

Saves my back every time
I work in Operations and lift boxes at work and workout with weights at home. I had to find a belt that would protect my back. I have a friend who recommended this one and I love it. I’m 145 lbs and ordered a medium because I like to breathe at the same time I lift hehe. Had I ordered a small it would’ve been too snug and wouldn’t have enough fabric to adjust on days I need a little more give.

This back support belt really helped when I had lower back pain. I work in construction, so having proper support during physical work is very important. It’s easy to adjust and tighten to the level that feels comfortable. Provides good support without restricting movement. Overall, very helpful and practical for active jobs.
